At AiFotoWale, we collect basic information required to provide our services, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers provided during event registration or guest sign-ups. We also process photographs uploaded by photographers and selfies taken by guests specifically for the purpose of facial recognition and photo matching.

Our AI uses facial recognition solely to match guest selfies with event photos. We do not use this data for tracking across different events (unless explicitly opted-in by the photographer for specific cross-event galleries). Guest selfies are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored in our database for any other purposes.

All photos are securely stored on AWS S3 servers. Event galleries and their associated photos are retained according to the photographer's subscription plan. When an event is deleted by the photographer or their subscription expires, all associated photos and facial indexes are permanently deleted from our servers.

Guests and photographers have full control over their data. You can request the deletion of your account, photos, or facial recognition data at any time by contacting our support team. Photographers can manage and delete their event data directly from their dashboard.
