2. Use of Service

AiFotoWale provides AI-powered photo delivery and facial recognition services for photographers and event organizers.

• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Photographers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and share photos of their clients and guests.
• You agree not to upload explicit, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission.

3. Subscription & Billing

Our services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). Features such as storage capacity, event limits, and scan limits depend on the active subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may require an upgrade to a higher tier or a custom plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends.

4. Limitation of Liability

AiFotoWale is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee that the AI facial recognition will be 100% accurate at all times, as results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and angles.
